IN 1776 BENJAMIN FRANKLIN WAS

AMERICA'S GREATEST ASTROLOGER

All over the Internet, skeptics and haters of astrology are aggressively lying about Benjamin Franklin and astrology. Unfortunately, skeptics dominate the Internet so almost every site claims Ben was not an astrologer. But below is incontrovertible evidence that makes it obvious Ben was not only an astrologer, he was a devoted astrologer.

Ben Franklin was publisher and sole writer for Poor Richard's Almanak. Please click on the three links below to view images of photographs of pages from Poor Richard's Almanak.

All of the images displayed in the above links are pictures from pages of Poor Richard's Almanak. Ben Franklin not only published Poor Richard's Almanak, but he also wrote every word of it. And he did so for dozens of years. Poor Richard's Almanak was the most famous publication in the Colonies while it was being published.

There is one skeptics' Internet site that acknowledge that there was "astrology content" in Poor Richards Almanak, but the site claims that this does not prove Benjamin Franklin was an astrologer, citing that the Washington Post publishes a horoscope column, and this does not mean the Post's editors believe in horoscopes.

Our response is: That is a dumb analogy. The Washington Post editors did not write their Horoscope column but Benjamin Franklin himself wrote all the astrology material in Poor Richard's Almanak. In fact, Poor Richard's Almanak is predominately astrological material and even provided an Ephemeris and Aspectarian for each year, informing its readers of the astrological position of each planet and the planetary alignments for each day of the year. Ben actually calculated these positions in advance by himself, which proves he was an extraordinarily skilled astrologer and mathematician.
